BILL WILLIAMS by Rod Crowther Every individual sign in the Zodiac is an interesting one and the persona- alities of the people born during the various signs can be all the more fas- cinating when you know the general characteristics of the sign and what the person is probably going to be like. Remember, the stars impel, they do not compel. Therefore not every person born under a particular sign is going to be true blue-cut and dried to the cloth. But you can easily pick out many traits of a person once you know the sign under which they're born. There are a few other things that go with it.
