Joe D’Allesandro

Possibly history’s most famous hustler, Joe D’Allesandro went from selling his butt in New York in the 60s to being the stand-in dick model for the Rolling Stones album Sticky Fingers and having his own verse in Lou Reed’s “Wild Side”

“Little Joe never once gave it away Everybody had to pay and pay A hustle here and a hustle there New York City is the place where they said: Hey babe, take a walk on the wild side I said hey Joe, take a walk on the wild side”

Joe’s career peaked when he starred in several Andy Worhol films, notably “Flesh” and “Trash”.

Joe worked with Bob Mizer of AMG, Bruce of LA, and several other notable physique photographers early in his career. Never gay, he only did it for the money and remains married to his wife of 30 years to this day.
